<image:caption>Alexis Paige Armes (b. 2003) is an emerging artist based in Northern Kentucky. Armes is a recent BFA graduate with an emphasis in spatial arts from Northern Kentucky University. Beginning as a ceramicist, her work evolved into mixed media, surrealist sculpture that discusses women’s and feminist issues. Within her work, she uses ceramic image transfers combined with unique textiles and found materials to explore the real-life consequences of the virality of hypersexual personas in the media and how it connects to the history of an everyday woman’s place in society. Her work has been exhibited several times within Northern Kentucky University. Outside of her home university, her work has also been exhibited around Cincinnati, including Summerfair’s The Golden Ticket Exhibition.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Chloe Babcock is an illustrator and multi-media artist based in Rising Sun, Ind., with a focus in fantasy storytelling and character design. Her love of art and miniatures stems from her mom and pappaw, and despite never having met him, his work continues to inspire and shine through her thesis project, Little Big Life. She has had pieces displayed at Mount St. Joseph’s Student Art Exhibition, assisted with hand-painting a mural for Sleep In Heavenly Peace, and designed a rain barrel for Save Local Water's 2025 Rain Barrel Auction at the Cincinnati Zoo.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Dahlia Baer is a fine artist whose practice is grounded in oil painting and supported by broad interdisciplinary experience in both traditional and digital media. She is currently completing her BFA at Mount St. Joseph University, where she also minors in photography and graphic design. Baer’s work engages with themes of memory, grief, and portals, examining the psychological and symbolic resonance of objects and domestic spaces. Her nostalgia driven approach explores how personal histories manifest through visual form, often drawing on material cues and narrative traces to investigate the instability of recollection. Baer has exhibited in the 2024 Assemblage Show at Studio San Giuseppe, where she additionally serves as the Student Gallery Director.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Alyssa Baker (BFA University of Cincinnati, DAAP) is a Cincinnati based printmaker and mixed-media artist whose work explores themes of trauma, healing, and resilience through the language of the natural world. Using materials like mulberry paper, colored pencil, and intricately hand-cut silhouettes, Alyssa creates deeply tactile pieces that center predator and prey relationships, as quiet metaphors for survival, vulnerability, and emotional resilience. Each piece creates space for stillness, reflection, and personal connection, encouraging viewers to find their own meaning in the quiet tension of the work. She has contributed to several public and private mural projects as part of collaborative teams through ArtWorks Cincinnati, including installations at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Bartlett Wealth Management, and the Cincinnati Open.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Daniel Kelly, of. Springfield, Ohio, is in his last semester at Art Academy of Cincinnati. An oil painter, he explores intimate spaces through varying perspectives and color usage. Through painting moments often labeled mundane: I intend to bring mindful engagement back into the spaces we reside in. Our homes are the first spaces many of us found safe refuge, imaginative exploration, and a space to express ourselves. We need to find a slowdown amidst the many accelerants and distractions in today's world (i.e., societal obligations, screen time, ads) and find time to be instead of do. Reintegrating curiosity into our interior spaces takes mindful engagement and a grounded sense of presence, which enables that slow down.</image:caption>
